Fiori Luxe offers complimentary Ground Shipping (2-5 businesses days) to addresses within the United States.

Fiori Luxe offers Express Shipping (1-3 business days) to addresses within the United States for $25.

RETURNS
To start a return, please click HERE

Fiori Luxe ONLY offers STORE CREDIT for returned items and DOES NOT issue refunds to the original method of payment. Your store credit will be issued in USD via email within 5-10 business days of delivery of your return back to our warehouse. Store credit never expires.

Customers have 30 days from the time of delivery to return item(s).
​
Return shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount and will not be refunded.
​
We do not allow order cancellations or order edits once an order has been placed, so please thoroughly double-check all order, contact, and payment information at checkout.

We cannot guarantee the correct store credit amount to be issued when items from separate returns are combined so please make sure returns are sent back with the correct label.
